Spire House

Constructed in the early 1970s, this civic building had suffered concrete and masonry corrosion, damage and neglect.

Following internal refurbishment, external concrete and brick repairs were needed. The feature brickwork was redesigned to be sympathetic to the original design features and future potential for damage was reduced by installing a discreet protective metal mesh.
