Quantity Surveying

DSP 2000 offers a full range of quantity surveying services to provide our clients with initial concept cost advice through to settlement of the final project costs.

Our pre construction services include cost planning and budget estimating, advise on tender procurement options, preparation of bills of quantities, schedules, specifications, contract documentation and cash flow forecasting. We prepare tender analysis and reports, and where required we provide value engineering advice.

We are experienced in producing bills of quantities and schedules by computer aided systems, our preliminary and specification sections will generally be prepared in NBS format. The documents can be provided in printed or electronic format for tender distribution.

Our construction phase services include preparation of interim valuations of the works, financial statements, monitoring costs and assessing any variations to the works, concluding with settlement of the final account for the project.

We also offer a full package of pre and post contract services utilising schedules of rates under a framework arrangement. This option suits projects with short lead in times, we can assess client’s budgets quickly, competitive quotes can quickly be ascertained for a fully defined scope of work. The project can be an extension or alteration to an existing building, comprising of remodelling or repair work, or complete new structures.
