Project Management

The Project Management services we offer are an extension to the Contract Administration we undertake on many projects. Ideally our appointment would commence at the feasibility stage and continue through the detailed design and construction stages and would conclude with the project completion on site.

In combining our in-depth knowledge of construction technology, costs and project programming we manage the design team, the contractor, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver to the client independent professional advice on the development of the design and the final completion of the scheme.
